Daniel Lehmann began leading worship at the age of 19 when he was in South Africa on an outreach with Youth With a Mission. “The first time I led worship I knew that this was something I wanted to give my life to, leading people into God’s presence.”
For the past 10 years he has dedicated his life to pursuing the Lord’s heart and creating a place for people to encounter God. Since 2002, He and his wife have been working full time with Youth With a Mission and have had the honor of traveling the world, leading worship and teaching. Daniel’s heart is to see the convergence of worship, intercession and missions in the body of Christ and believes that this is key to see the gospel of Jesus proclaimed in every nation. “Through the music I write, I want to create an atmosphere for people to respond to Jesus. I desire for them to encounter his presence and gain a revelation of who He is. I believe that through revelation and encountering His presence, we will see passionate people fueling the great commission!”
Daniel lives in Kona, HI with his wife, Esther, and 4 kids. They serve as volunteer full-time staff at the University of the Nations, a YWAM campus, and in the local church.
